Jakarta Jakarta

Jakarta Jakarta is an Indonesian drama film directed by Nan Achnas and released in 1977. The film tells the story of four young women who come to Jakarta from different parts of Indonesia in search of a better life. However, they soon find that life in the city is not as easy as they had hoped. Struggling to find jobs and a place to live, the women also have to deal with harassment and discrimination from the men they encounter. Despite the challenges they face, the women band together and support each other as they work towards building a new life in Jakarta.
