ब्रह्मचारी

Brahmachari is a 1968 Indian black-and-white romantic comedy film directed by Bhappi Sonie and starring Shammi Kapoor and Rajshree. Referred to as a leading B-grade production, it was a silver jubilee blockbuster upon release on Republic Day. The film created history by running in Delhi's Plaza theatre for 68 weeks. The film also collected Rs 1 crore in the first day of its release, which is equivalent to Rs 35 crores in today's terms.
