Cuestión de fe

A Matter of Faith is a 1995 Bolivian feature film directed by Marcos Loayza. The film stars Jorge Ortiz and Elías Serrano, and it follows the story of a sacred statue that must be transported from an Andean region to the east of the country. During the journey, the statue is stolen in a village in the Andean region and taken to the Yungas region. The protagonists attempt to retrieve the statue, but ultimately they reach an agreement with the people of the Yungas, and the statue remains in a village in that region.
