Russian cop Sergei Voronin expected to have an easy year on the job. Then he creates a club of young teenage friends of the police, in which the guys go in for sports and meet interesting people. But the company of guys who fell under the influence of a cynical high school student Nikolai Boyko, who "confuses robbery with a prank," begins to cause some trouble for Sergei.
